Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is specifically designed for our digital courses and educational services. Since digital products (videos, PDFs, and software) are accessible immediately upon purchase, we offer a 7-day refund window only in cases of technical failure or duplicate payments. If 7 days have passed since your enrollment, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase.

  • The course content (lessons, videos, or resources) must not have been accessed or downloaded more than 10%.

  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase from our portal learn.careerispark.com.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Course certificates already issued.

  • Downloadable software products and premium templates (e.g., Graphic Design assets).

  • Courses purchased during a Flash Sale or using a high-discount coupon code.

  • Fees paid for live workshops or one-on-one consultation sessions once the session has started.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5–7 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or payment app again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@careerispark.com.

Course Exchanges

We only allow “exchanges” if you wish to upgrade to a higher-value course (e.g., moving from DCA to ADCA). In such cases, the amount paid for the first course will be adjusted against the new course fee. Please email us for any course transfer requests.

Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their subscription or membership at any time through their student dashboard. However, cancellation does not guarantee a refund of the current billing cycle unless it meets the 7-day eligibility criteria mentioned above.
